For nearly seven years, Bearcloud has been formulating the Chameleon Project. It has developed slowly and gone through many changes until it has reached the vision Bearcloud has of it today. In 2007, it all reached an apex and he felt it was time to implement the project and officially formulate the company.
On September 1, 2007, Bearcloud retained the law firm of Tahan Law Office, LLC to begin formulating the corporate structure of the Chameleon Project. A not-for-profit corporation held by Bearcloud, called "Seventh Generation of Earth Spirit Wisdom Council" was revised by Tahan Law Office, LLC <http://www.tahanlaw.com> to "Seventh Generation of Earth Spirit Wisdom Council dba Chameleon Project." Procedures began to implement the changes with the State of Arizona Corporate Commission.
The structure allows for the Chameleon Project to process loans for investment and tax deductible Donations to be made. Chameleon Project legal donation documents are being drawn up by the law firm. Loan investment agreements for lenders are being drafted as well.
