Starglyphs
Starglyph ~ A word that Bearcloud coined in 1998. The term arose from the crop circle phenomenon that has been appearing worldwide. The crop circle anomalies have been appearing since about the 1960's, and increased in quantity in the 1990’s. Public interest has escalated since that time.
Bearcloud was asked: “What is a Starglyph?” He said, "It is a gift from the stars. It is an understanding of the nature of mind, body, and spirit that is expressed through star-like symbols. A Starglyph is a symbol that can stand the test of centuries. A Starglyph is a message that will continue to assist humanity in our endeavors to further understand ourselves, plus the nature of our universe and spirit, and all that can exist. Starglyphs have been a part of Native culture since the beginning.
"Starglyphs are also a part of other indigenous nations around the Earth. They are silent symbols that carry infinite possibilities. Starglyphs cannot be misunderstood because they speak directly to the heart and soul of man. They are gifted by the Star Nation People."
There is evidence Starglyphs have appeared since 1678. At that time the etching to the left was produced in an English newspaper. Laid crop was mysteriously found in a wheat field. People thought this was the work of a devil mower. This viewpoint is a product of the mentality of the time.
