The vision of the Chameleon Project first began about 7 years ago.  Bearcloud explained he had watched a television program with a hard-hitting news anchorman doing a special on injustice in our prison system.  The news anchorman was showing how prison inmates convicted on small crimes, or even discovered to be innocent, upon being sent to prison were coming out exceedingly worse than when they went in.  The well documented report impacted Bearcloud deeply and left him with a sense of deep injustice inflicted by our system.

Soon after Bearcloud had a vision.  He experienced a wall of lights dimming in a room and images began to form.  In this vision he was just peaking over the surface of the ground when he saw water beginning to percolate up from the ground, and spread slowly outward.   Two men in prison uniforms entered his plane of view.  They were busy working the soil; one had a shovel.  Off to the side was a chain link fence.  A woman and two children were watching through the fence.  The woman spoke to her children saying "Oh, look what a beautiful garden those men have created."  The vision faded.

After a period of time, Bearcloud's vision took another course and he envisioned creating a garden for people.  As he looked at the vision to understand it, he saw it was two acres in size.  Within the garden was a maze of walkways that lead into an enclosed, very unique garden with symbols that had been created in flowers.  Bearcloud had seen these same symbols in the Starglyphs, the phenomenon commonly called crop circles. 

He explains there are some true anomalies that have happened in the crop circles and Bearcloud believes these need to be preserved for the next 2000 years.  He had seen the Starglyphs slowly fading away, being lost through the sensationalism of the moment and ever more so by the impending hoaxers.  The symbols that had been sent in years past had already faded away for many.  Bearcloud says these are important and are a gift.  When asked where they came from he explained he didn't know but he knew with certainty we were being gifted symbols that exceed the knowledge within our libraries.  These symbols contain exceedingly important understandings. People in general are not able to understand the differences between man-made crop circles and what Bearcloud would call a true Starglyph.

He explained his project to a builder.  This builder was a friend who had built larger coliseums and shopping centers.  He had employed as many as 450 people for a single job. "Bearcloud," he said, "what you have is good idea and people would come and see such a thing.  But it is not the gardens that will attract the people; it is the structure that houses them that will bring them to see it."  

Bearcloud began paintings of the project with plants and pools of water covering a modest two acres of land.  He had designed it to be covered with a netting to shade people from the hot Arizona sun.  The project fell short when Bearcloud ran into problems over temperature changes and snow load.

The following year Bearcloud realized that two acres would not be sufficient for the number of Starglyphs necessary for the project.  He expanded his idea to encompass five acres and to be enclosed within a dome structure.  But still, he realized this was not enough to help humanity or to house the Starglyphs he had seen in vision. In ceremonies his vision expanded to 52 acres in size and the Chameleon Project began.

He saw a glass pyramid structure that towered 481 foot into the air.  It had extended domes attached to it covering the 52 acres of land.  It would be the largest enclosed structure on earth and the biggest project to assist the spirit of humanity that ever existed. It would become a world destination and an endeavor calling for the entire world to participate.  He began laying the groundwork.  After years of work the elements needed to begin the project were completed and the door opened.

Bearcloud's vision had also included several things within the structure that would important to the people.  He saw 12 eateries of different nationalities and a bookstore.

Bearcloud explained that scattered through the maze of walkways would be enclosed structures that would serve drinks and appetizer style food; small dishes.  He explained there would be such things as Japanese sushi bar and drinks from the area such as green teas, an English Tea garden,  a coffee shop, Mexican food snacks, Greek food and more.  He explained that a person will simply walk around a corner of a garden, and amongst a lush tropical setting find standing bookshelves for those who want to just browse the books and or sit for a few minutes.  Along the walkways are various food carousels; for example, one might be offering pretzels or roasted chestnuts, another water.

Bearcloud says there will be several labyrinths for people to enjoy.  He said, "It is a place of inspiration for everyone to enjoy this common thread of beauty.  It is for poets, writers, artists, scientists, or just a place for grandma or grandpa to take their two grandkids for a stroll in the gardens.

In 2005 on a trip to England Bearcloud disclosed the project to a close friend of his. He was told the project might have already been built.  Bearcloud was shocked to hear such news and was somewhat rattled that his vision might already exist.

His friend explained there was a project just completed called the Eden Project.  He took a journey to see the enclosed gardens.  When he arrived he saw the massive structure of geodesic domes housing plants that had been imported from the tropical regions of the Earth.  The domes covered some three to five acres.  It was beautiful and a sight to behold.  He discovered the project had found tremendous success.  He also discovered the hardships encountered by this project from skeptical people.  Bearcloud realized the Eden Project's success could pave the way for his own project.

Bearcloud's vision saw the project being near the Phoenix area of Arizona, situated between two major freeways.  These highways run between Tucson and San Diego, and Phoenix and Los Angeles.  Building the project near Phoenix was almost apropos because of the legendary Phoenix bird; in the Native way the same is called a Thunderbird: a mythological bird that burned up and from the ashes a new Phoenix arose and was born again.  Perhaps this project would be good for giving rise from old thoughts to new ones.  Bearcloud believes the city of Phoenix and surrounding area would be a huge support for the project because of its population of 14,000,000 people. 

The project began to take on a magic that just didn't seem to quit.  One thing after the other supported the project as each of the pieces necessary for its development came into place.  Help in the right areas seem to fall from the sky. Bearcloud believed this project needed to happen.

Bearcloud began a series of paintings to depict the project as he saw it in his vision.  To all, they were breathtaking and a spectacle not soon to be forgotten.  Bearcloud believed he would need the support of the entire planet for the project to truly work.  He hoped that people would see its benefit and support its cause.

Bearcloud saw the gardens being built as a contest for landscapers.  People would submit a request to design a section of the garden, following necessary guidelines. The request for designers would be worldwide.  They would be paid for their efforts and their names would be posted in their design area, along with their contact information.

In the center of the glass pyramid structure, which covers 13 acres at ground level, is a miniature replica of the Chameleon Pyramids Bearcloud saw in the original vision of pyramids resulting from a formation at the West Kennett Long Barrow Starglyph. The twelve outer smaller pyramids are large enough for a small group of a half dozen or so to gather.  The Center Pyramid would be approximately 60 or so feet high.  This central pyramid would be accessed by permission only.  It is not open to public although there is a way to view it.  It is a research room facility.  In the center are several computers housing all the information that can be gathered about the Starglyphs.  In this central room there are also five pedestals with spinning plutonic solids suspended over them. These holograms are about 2 feet or 50 centimeters across.  On the ceiling is an on going projection of our universe or stars, clocking to the precise moment of day.  This display will also keep track of equinoxes, eclipses, sunrises and sunsets.  All around the wall are carvings of hieroglyphics designed for this project.

There are four addition pyramids, which the general public will be able to access from an underground pathway.  These represent the four other medium size squares in the West Kennett Longbarrow Starglyph.  The structures are approximately 30 feet in height.  Within them, there are screens with looping movies about the project's creation and other important information supporting the project and its endeavors.  The underground entrance is about 150 feet from the central pyramid complex and goes down about 3 floors deep (30 feet). At its entrance stand two 30 foot carvings in limestone of the Egyptian deity Thoth the mathematician, and Shucat daughter of Nut the star goddess, scribe of the universe and guardian of the moon.

Also within the domes are three habitats for public view.  There is one for Chameleons, one for hummingbirds and another for butterflies.

Outside the complex are several Galleries and a corporate complex.  There is a Bearcloud Gallery, with several native artists works available.  A Chameleon store with souvenirs from the project will be built, selling items relating to the Earth.  There is a mom and pop store with down home gift items and specialty canned foods.  Also there is a Garden store with home and garden plants.  All of the plants from the Chameleon Project will be made available for sale.

There are two restaurants attached the main structure.  They are glass rooms that are like a finger reaching from the outer edge of the dome structures into the gardens.  One offers quality specialized fine food and the other is an expensive snake place with vegetarian foods to hamburgers. It is designed to make food available for all nationalities to find something they can enjoy.

There is a daycare center for parents to leave their kids.

The glass dome structure will be visible for many miles and is a world destination for all people.  Please be a part of the largest project to support humanity on earth.
